For one, the platform they were using did not give them access to their data and analytics – information that would help the BrokerLink team make important improvements to their quoting process as they grew. And, on top of being costly, the platform was being used by most brokers across the insurance industry, which meant it offered no competitive advantage.
BrokerLink needed a new quoting solution that would not only help differentiate their leading offering, but also deliver better value and grow with the organization.
Room for conversion improvement
To match their updated quoting solution, BrokerLink required a more efficient website that delivered better reporting. They also wanted to take ownership of their intellectual property, which was being controlled by their existing agency.
A fully optimized, custom website would give them ownership of their data and provide better data and analytics to help them make more informed decisions and improve their site’s conversion rates.
Crafting an industry-leading quoting solution
Working closely with the BrokerLink team to understand their needs and develop ideas, Brain Box was able to turn around a custom quoting platform for their multiple lines of business in record time. The bespoke solution offered both a self-serve option, where customers could buy BrokerLink coverage seamlessly online (through a custom integration with their payment provider), as well as an option to speak directly to a broker before finalizing their purchase.
In total, BrokerLink used our custom quoting solution for 14 different products on their site, from auto and business insurance to home and tenant coverage.
A customized website offering
After successfully launching their auto quoter, BrokerLink was thrilled with the results from the Brain Box team. They tasked us with another challenge: to develop their new website, ensuring it worked as hard as possible to convert prospects into leads and customers.
